Erika Reigner is a first grade teacher at Robert Reid Elementary School. She is also a mom, author, and animal lover. She worked hard to follow her dream of creating a book that was entertaining as well as informative for children. This educational, fun book about foods that may be harmful for dogs is called, NO, MUFFIN, NO! It can also be used to teach rhyme, author’s purpose, and more! She believes that this book could have really helped her family and saved them several trips to the emergency animal hospital.
Erika is going to be launching her book on Kickstarter! Kickstarter is a basically a pre-order campaign in which she will have 40 days, from Jan. 3 until Feb. 11 to fully fund her goal or else she won’t get the money needed to publish the book. So she needs as many people as possible to pre-order or share her story so that she can get fully funded.
