Sealed bids for construction of Middletown Area Primary School will be received at the Middletown Area School District Administrative Offices, 55 West Water Street, Middletown, until 3 p.m., on May 29.
Bids must be submitted to the attention of David Franklin, Chief Financial Officer. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and shall be clearly marked “Middletown Area Primary School”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, one-half hour after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, at the Middletown Area High School, 1155 North Union Street, Middletown PA 17057. Bids received after the above-referenced date and time shall be returned to the Bidder unopened.
