PARENTS OF SECONDARY STUDENTS
Some MAMS and MAHS students have FULL inboxes and their emails accounts can no longer receive new emails. This happens when students don’t regularly check their school email account and/or never delete email. Please have your student delete unneeded emails from their raiderweb email so they can begin receiving important emails from their teachers regarding their assignments.

CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS
It is not uncommon for email ending in “raiderweb.org” to be blocked by some email providers such as, but not limited to, Verizon, Comcast, Yahoo, etc. PLEASE check your spam folders for email from MASD. This will be crucial during remote learning when teachers will be emailing important information to students and parents.

GOOGLE CLASSROOM
If you are having trouble accessing Google Classroom, please contact your child’s teacher for assistance.

GOOGLE LOGIN
Be sure that you are using the entire email address that was provided to you for logging into Google Drive and Google Classroom.
