Reminder: when a child is going home with another student, they are not permitted to ride a bus to which they are not assigned. Parents of all students involved must send a note or email (see list below) to the office in advance so the school staff is ensured that both the sending and receiving parents are aware of the change.

Bus stops and routes are subject to change at the start of the school year. Therefore, students should report to their assigned bus stops at least five minutes before their listed time. As bus routes adjust to accommodate route changes, buses may run late during the first two weeks of school.

BUS EVACUATION DRILLS
MASD will be conducting its semi-annual bus evacuation drills according to the following schedule:
Wednesday, September 1, 2021 - ALL REGULAR SIZE BUSSES
Thursday, September 2, 2021 - ALL SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION
As a result of the District’s tiered bus structure, buses may run up to 15 minutes late at bus stops in the morning due to the state-mandated bus evacuation drills that must be completed during the first week of school.
