Additional School Board Meeting

The MASD School Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. will be conducted in a hybrid fashion with participants able to attend the meeting in-person at Middletown Area High School or through electronic communication. Due to Governor Wolf’s recent order that restricts gatherings to no more than 25 people per location, the number of people permitted in each of the three sites at Middletown Area High School will be limited to 25 individuals.

How can I participate in this Board meeting?

  • Attend the meeting in-person at Middletown Area High School and sit in one of three locations in the building – the Large Group Instruction Room, the Auditorium, and the Cafeteria. All locations will be capped to 25 participants. Any individual attending the meeting in-person MUST wear a mask, practice social distancing and pre-screen themselves prior to the meeting. If anyone is experiencing symptoms prior to the meeting, they are respectfully requested to not attend the meeting.
  • Attend the meeting via Zoom. The District’s Zoom account has a maximum of 100 attendees, which has not been a problem to date. If you wish to attend the meeting via Zoom, please register following THIS LINK.
  • View the meeting via the MASD Youtube Channel, “MASD Communications.” When the capacity of 100 attendees is reached on the Zoom webinar, registrants will automatically be redirected to the live stream on our YouTube channel. Participants may also opt to go directly to our YouTube channel. Those participating in the meeting via Youtube may submit brief comments and questions  via communication@raiderweb.org. EMAILS MUST INCLUDE full name and address of the sender in order for the content of the email to be posed to the School Board.
