Penn State Health Medical Group will be providing a FREE Vaccine Clinic for ages 5 and up at Middletown Area High School.

- Vaccines Offered:
- Initial Vaccine (Pfizer)
- Booster (Moderna or Pfizer)
- Ages 5-11 Vaccine (Pfizer)
- Proof of insurance is not required.
- MASD will provide shuttle service for residents who need transportation.
