Job Information Applications are being accepted for a full-time, 12 month (260 days) position available immediately.  This position handles all aspects of the registration process from beginning to end. Oversees the Census collection and reporting for the District. The position will also handle all residency paperwork and work with the Assistant to the Superintendent and Home and School Visitor to ensure compliance. Facilities the initiation of the Mckinney-Vento Homelessness process. Verify residency for post-secondary institutions as needed. Greets and assists in the handling of visitors to the District administration office.


Work Hours:  7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with one hour unpaid lunch period

Work Location: Administration Building

Applicants should have five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in public education, and an Associates degree in office administration or equivalent or equivalent additional experience in an office environment with a high school diploma or equivalent.
