| Job Information |
Applications are being accepted for a full-time, 12 month (260 days) position available immediately. This position will support the Educational leadership of the District, to include the Superintendent, Assistant to the Superintendent, Director of Special Education and the Director of Curriculum and Instruction as needed. This position will work under the direction of the Superintendent to provide administrative support in the advancement of the District's educational initiatives. The position will also provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources in a manner that is professional, diplomatic, and complies with confidentiality requirements. The Educational Services Secretary will support the Superintendent 50% of the time and the Director of Human Resources 50% of the time.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour unpaid lunch period
Work Location: Administration Building
Applicants should have five (5) years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in public education, and an Associates degree in office administration or equivalent or equivalent additional experience in an office environment with a high school diploma or equivalent.
