The Raiderville student store held a "Design A T-Shirt Contest" for the annual PINK OUT game. After receiving almost 50 creative and well thought out entries, Landon Bradford, a first-grader at Reid Elementary, was chosen for his winning design. All entries will be on display for the public to view at the football game on Friday, October 4th and Landon will be recognized at the game for his winning design.

Landon is the son of Chris and Brittany Bradford. When Landon had his photo taken, he was asked to describe his design:

Pointing to the top two ribbons:  "These were mistakes but I couldn't erase them."
Pointing to the two faces:  "These are two Raiders."   "You mean, football players?"  "NO! The actual Raider mascot with the mask!"  (Notice their hats!)
Pointing to the two drawings above the Raiders: "And these are flames because the Raiders are ON FIRE!"

Landon is very proud to be chosen as the contest winner and is VERY excited to get to go onto the football field this week "just like my dad gets to do sometimes!" But there is one other thing that has Landon even more excited: "Someone from NEW YORK bought my t-shirt!"
